Features

This tester contributes to the selection and development of hydrogen use materials such as fuel cell devices.

●The mechanical properties of metallic materials can be evaluated under the high-pressure hydrogen gas environment.
●It is possible to evaluate the properties of materials in a high-pressure hydrogen gas atmosphere, contributing to the selection and development of hydrogen materials such as fuel cell devices.

The tensile and fracture toughness tests of materials are possible in an ultra-high pressure gas atmosphere (@ 230 MPa).

●The pressure is boosted up to 230 MPa by the gas compressor from the commercially available hydrogen gas and argon gas cylinders (14.7 MPa), and the load is applied to the specimen by pressurizing the pressurized high-pressure gas into the test vessel.
●The specimen set in the test vessel is subject to load from test machine by the piston rod at the center of the vessel and is fractured. In addition, more accurate stress can be measured by installing an internal load cell inside the pressure vessel.
●After the test is completed, the tested gas is depressurized to a safe pressure and then discharge to the atmosphere through the flame arrestor.

The test can be performed safely through remote control by a personal computer.

●The pressure, temperature, and internal load of each part are displayed on the monitor in real time, and the valve can be opened and closed remotely while watching the screen.
●Input of the target pressure and automatic stop setting are possible.
●The acquired data can be displayed in a graph form.
●This test vessel is delivered after obtaining the special permission of the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry under the High Pressure Gas Safety Act.
